Manufacturing
Our manufacturing unit based at Kalher, Bhiwandi operates under the name and style of M/s.VAD TECHNOLOGIES. The vision of this company is to be a knowledge based enterprise providing engineering and manufacturing support to all customers for value added services like precision machining, fabrication and complete solutions like assemblies and subassemblies of steel plant machines/equipments, earth moving equipments, power plant parts, spreader bars, general machines and conveyors as per customer drawings and specifications.
Products with intricate machining of ferrous, non ferrous metals, polymers and heat treatment including bulk hardening, flame hardening, induction hardening, gas nitriding is our specialty. We also specialize in manufacture of bucket elevator buckets in both mild steel with wear alloy steel linings and stainless steel.
The largest single unit fabrication manufactured by us till date weighed 6 M.T. Currently we cater to engineering giants like Larsen and Toubro Ltd., ISGEC yamunagar, Rud India chain, Siemens (I) Ltd., on a regular basis and also export earthmoving parts like ripper assemblies, compactor rollers, Tailgate assemblies to UAE, USA and GERMANY.
